Ongoing Managed Services
Subscription coverage for the systems your team relies on every day:
- Device & infrastructure — servers, PCs, networks, and mobile devices under proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Cybersecurity & compliance — EDR, anti-virus, security audits, and support suited to regulated environments.
- Network monitoring — continuous visibility so issues are handled before they become outages.
- Helpdesk & remote support — practical troubleshooting without ticket black holes.
- Backups & recovery — tested backups with documented restore procedures.
- Patching, maintenance & logging — current systems and audit-ready event history.
- Vendor coordination & assessments — environment reviews and vendor liaison; client-owned contracts by default, with full management available if you prefer.
Related support: We can also assist with business networks and phone systems (including VoIP) when they are part of your environment—typically as needed alongside core managed services or project work, not as a standalone specialty.
Practical Help for Smaller Setups
Not every request is a full managed-services agreement. For a smaller business, these are the everyday pieces we can set up and look after:
- Company email and domain — branded email on your domain, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including user setup and ongoing management.
- DNS — mail, website, and other records kept pointed correctly, and help when something stops resolving.
- Web hosting — hosting, or oversight of hosting you already have. Custom web design and development is not what we do.
- A straightforward website — if you do not need a custom build, we can stand up a simple site, including with AI tools. If you need a designer or developer, we will work with the one you choose.
- Wired and wireless networks — setup and troubleshooting when they are part of the environment, not as the headline service.
A house, shop, or very small office that needs network drops, cameras, or internet troubleshooting is described on the Home & Small Office page.
Projects & Consulting
When you need a defined outcome rather than only steady-state support, we plan and deliver project work. Engagements are scoped up front with clear deliverables—useful whether or not you also use us for managed services.
Project experience includes:
- Enterprise software license management — tracking, true-up support, upgrades, consolidations, and replacement programs across major platforms.
- Server and storage upgrades & replacements — capacity planning, cutovers, and retirement of aging hardware with minimal disruption.
- Data center consolidation and expansion — facility and infrastructure moves, densification, and growth projects with documented designs.
- On-premises to cloud migrations — Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid transitions with clear runbooks and knowledge transfer.
- Technology environment assessments — independent reviews of architecture, risk, and roadmap options before you commit budget.
Cloud migration can be a one-time project, hybrid steady-state support, or both—depending on what you need.
Engagement style: No long-term lock-in on managed services. Projects are scoped to completion. Relationship approach is detailed on the About page.
